Prices are correct at the time of publishing and are valid until 31st January 2008 and include VAT at the prevailing rate of 17.5%.
We reserve the right to amend our prices either up or down including any alterations to the rate of VAT.
Accuracy
Whilst every effort has been made to present our products accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Safety Regulations
At www.thinkpinkblue2.com we take product safety, suitability and quality extremely seriously. Where relevant we ensure that products are compliant with EC Regulations and carry the CE mark. We visit all our factories and ensure that they meet our standards so that the goods we supply are fit for purpose in every respect.
Availabilty
As ordering the right quantity of goods is not an exact science we will occasionally sell out of a product. If possible we will attempt to reorder within season and notify you accordingly if the item you wanted becomes available once again.
If a product is not available at the time of ordering then an “out of stock” banner will be shown on the product page and you will not be able to order this item.
In the unlikely case that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order then we will refund you accordingly. If the unavailable item was part of an order then we will complete the rest of the order and also refund the delivery charge as an apology for any inconvenience caused.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (but it must be with the original packaging and securely contained in an appropriate parcel) and we’ll refund or replace it. You have up to 30 days to return unwanted goods.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise therefore that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival but this can take up to 21 days.
