Terms & Conditions

• Prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.
• We reserve the right to amend our prices either up or down including any alterations to the rate of VAT.

• Whilst every effort has been made to present our products accurately, slight variations may occur.
• All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
• Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

• At www.thinkpinkblue2.com we take product safety, suitability and quality extremely seriously. Where relevant we ensure that products are compliant with EC Regulations and carry the CE mark. We visit all our factories and ensure that they meet our standards so that the goods we supply are fit for purpose in every respect.

• As ordering the right quantity of goods is not an exact science we will occasionally sell out of a product. If possible we will attempt to reorder within season and notify you accordingly if the item you wanted becomes available once again.
• If a product is not available at the time of ordering then an “out of stock” banner will be shown on the product page and you will not be able to order this item.  
• In the unlikely case that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order then we will refund you accordingly. If the unavailable item was part of an order then we will complete the rest of the order and also refund the delivery charge as an apology for any inconvenience caused.

• If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (but it must be with the original packaging and securely contained in an appropriate parcel) and we’ll refund or replace it. You have up to 30 days to return unwanted goods.
• We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise therefore that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
• Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival but this can take up to 21 days.

• Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed.
• Atelier Home and Gift Ltd shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.
• Atelier Home and Gift Ltd shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

• Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the phone.

• This website, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

1)  One entry per retailer

2)  Competition closes on 31^st December 2011. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

3)  The competition is only open to Think Pink retailers.

4)  The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative.

5)  Think Pink is not responsible for entries sent but not received.

6)  By entering the competition, you agree to your name, your shop name and the image you supply being used for marketing purposes by Think Pink.

7)  The judges' decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.

8)  Entering the competition is free.

9)  The winner and runners-up will be notified by email no later than the 31^st January 2012

10)Think Pink reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these rules at any time without prior notice.
